Does the certificate expire?

No. Certificates are good until they're redeemed — there's no deadline attached.

Can it be used for online lessons?

Yes. Every package works for in-studio sessions in Jacksonville or live lessons over Zoom — the recipient chooses when they book.

Can I add the recording session later instead of now?

Yes — the add-on can be included at checkout or arranged afterward when the recipient is ready to record.

Is it refundable?

Certificates aren't redeemable for cash, but Vicki can help transfer or reschedule sessions if plans change — just call or email.

How do I actually pay?

After you send the order you go straight to a secure Stripe checkout and pay by card. Vicki receives your order details and follows up about delivery.
